COCONUT & CHERRY

This was an easy to make and easy to eat biscuit. The coconut makes them hard to stop at one and I put half a cherry on top instead of a quarter. I think it made them look more visually appealing.

The recipe this week was my husband’s choice. He loves a Cherry Ripe and thought these we be similar. Whilst they have cherries and coconut in them, I missed the chocolate. We did consider dipping them in chocolate but who has spare chocolate in the house?
